"I was born in Thailand, but my family has lived in Kansas since I was a baby," said Julie. "My folks were horrified when I got my tattoos; I don't know what they'll do if they find out about me being in the magazine. But, then again, they know by now that I'm not a real goody goody: I've done about every other teenage prank and minor 'bad' thing you could think of, other than get pregnant. What can I say? I love to party and have a good time, and if sometimes that leads to having sex, that's okay by me."
